Blonde mature lady in purple blouse, black skirt and tights

What is your opinion about my look? Is it expressive? I don't like too much makeup, but exclusively for this blog I decided to make my eyes and lips. Above that I like many kinds of accessories such as neck jewelry, a lot of rings... As for my outfit - it is purple blouse, black skirt and black patterned tights on my crossed legs. The pic has been taken at my kitchen during a family dinner.
